search with "add url china google" word, you get china google search engine. now search with word "add url" and submit your site.
The easiest way without a submission is to buy a link to your site from main page on some good site. This will give much better result then submitting it to an addurl of SE's.
Ya i agree with Dominatos.But still some search engine submissions are good for every site to grow up.
why dont u use google translation to the china search engine? then type "addurl" in the search box, you will get the url of the china submit page. it is my idea but dont knw if it works.
why u go for china search for niche diretories / search engines for your keyword using google / wiki and manually submit your site to them this will surely help you in improving your backlinks and PR
