How to Add this?

M runnig my blog i want to add a option for users to post there own articles on my blog how can i add this on my blog. my url is

any plugin ?????

 

Add a page with heading "Guest post guideline" and put all your guideline to submit articles on your blog.If somebody agree with your guidelines then he/she will provide you their work by email that you can publish on your blog as guest article.No one can directly published their work on your blog without your permission.
