How to add tags to my posts on blogger

I have heard of meta tags first but then knew that google don use meta tags for finding pages.
But it uses tags to find pages, i want to know how to add a tag to my posts on blogger ?
What do you think is better, meta tags or tags ?

does tags are visible to readers, or they are like meta tags ?

I m complete agree with aliqayyum, but instead of using meta tags in blogger, you can use anchor text as keywords.

 

yeah! i also do this in my blog, after some research on it.

 

yeah...it's really important to use the keywords as the anchor text..Google gives a point for your site to be rank..
