How to add Subscription Only Stuff on Blogger's Blog MainPage

    Hello all I want to Add a Box with The Text "Subscribe to my Blog to Download 24 PLR E-books" on my Blog Main Page please can somebody tell me how can I add this Box on my Blog on Blogger.com ??

    You means you want to add subscription option in template or you want to create a simple sales page like theme where users can submit their emails address .

    Yes I want to add a Box whee Users will submit their Email Address to Download Free PDF E-books and you will only get it if you will enter your name and Email Address.
