How to add 'Share' tab on Facebook?

I am trying to add a share page, where fans can easily suggest to others to 'Like' my page. An example of one that I found is here: http://www.facebook.com/Hip2Save#!/Hip2Save?v=app_4949752878

How can this be done???

 

First my dear, its not a share button and dont think would be at all useful to increase fans. Second this comes under the FMBL section page, go to edit page and under the settings you will find an option to create an FBML page. However for your information, I checked it myself and it has a limit of 6 friends every day for the invites
