How to add Search Keyword on custom Search Page ?

    My wordpress with custom search script but i can't/don't know how to add search "KEYWORD" in the search page meta tag ....
    any one can help ?

    what plugin do you use to make custom search page or you code manually? i add all meta on header.php, include in theme.
