I'm wanting to add a RSS feed generator to our custom site, similar to what's available with WordPress. e.g. http://www.forkliftsjapan.com/feed/ Activation would be by clicking the RSS link on the menu bar which would bring up the feed for that page in a new window (similar to RSS in WordPress ). The main purpose is to distribute content by RSS to assist with SEO. My understanding is that there are basically 2 options, RSS 2 or Atom. It would need to work to work on our static pages and our dynamic database generated pages. Which would be the better option, RSS or Atom? Or is there value in having feed generator scripts for both RSS and Atom? Is there a particular script or scripts that you'd recommend that we use? Thanks!
