I want to add my website for review in Wikipedia but actually I am not finding the option how to add.
did you try looking it up in wikipeidia? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/How_to:create_a_new_wiki_page but don't waste your time. Wikipedia doesn't 'review' websites, and it will stay up for no longer than an hour before an editor takes it down.
Open the wikipedia main page, insert the topic in search box which you want to add in wikipedia. Edit this page link is here, Log in to your account and go to the new page, set the category and click on save.
