You just go to google adsense and sign up for an account, then once approved the process is pretty user friendly, it will generate the code you have to put into your site or blog for the ads to run..

did you mean you want to add adsense ads in your blog if yes then do that.
1.create an account on gmail then go to adsense website fill up the form then wait 7days for adsense conformation when you get email from adsense then you login your adsense account

    Select your options from:
    'Ad unit' or 'Link unit'
    Format
Colours (Colour palettes - select a default palette or create a unique palette for your own website)
Your AdSense Code (this is the code you will 'copy' and 'paste' onto your web page)

Now, log into your toolkit at Quick on the Net and go to:
    'Pages'
Edit the web page which where you intend to 'paste' in the code
    Click on <>
    Paste in the AdSense Code
    Save the page

When your site is fully functional, apply to Google AdSense. You can find AdSense listed among other advertisers in thefreecountry.com's Affiliate Programs: Free Sponsors and Advertisers page.Google will then send you an email to verify your email address. Follow the instructions in that message (which is basically to click a link). Once you do that, your application will be sent to the Google AdSense team, one of whom will pop by your website to review it. Don't hold your breadth though, it may take a couple of days before they get around to your site. During this time, if your site is a blog, continue to post to it as per normal.
