How to add my paypal link..

I'm just asking for knowledge that how to add my paypal link in my signature.

Suppose that i am selling a e-book in my signature link then anyone click on my signature after then open a new window and show my paypal id and also so customer paypal account then customer put up paypal password and pay and he will get e-book.

I know that this is possible but dont know how.
