How to add multiple pages to Blogger?

    How do you add multiple pages to your blogger blog?

    For example, on this blog, if you look to the right under "Ectomorph Gain Mass Tips," you'll see many different pages.

    How do you do that?

    Those are just links to single posts, not special pages (like in wordpress)

    I think what you want to do is set your front page preference to only show 1 or 2 posts so the others dont show.
