How to add multiple language in joomla

    I want to know that how to add multiple language in joomla. I know only google translate. But i don't to install that. I want other software language.

    Please suggest me asap.

    install the desired language using language manager and add a componnent named joomfish and translate all the articles in joomfish from component menu in admin panel. there is no automated translation in joomla as much i know.
