How to add mp4 videos to my wordpress posts

    I prefer using mp4 over flv's because of high quality. I have flv embed player plugin for FLV videos but I am yet to find a way to add mp4's to wordpress...

    Can someone help regarding this?

    You can upload your mp4 video to imageshack and use the link in your blog post.

    The FLV player created by playerdiy.com can also play H.264 codec mp4 videos on web page. So if your mp4 is h.264 codec, you can check this player. And this is the tutorial.
