What would be the best way to add an mp3 to a wordpress blog as a post. I dont want to add just a link to the mp3, but use a player that streams it in flash, what are some of the more popular options for this?

Thanks , but i forgot to mention that i just want a single audio track on a post, not a whole playlist. Ive seen people with them on their blogs, its a mini flash rectangle and you can click play and its just one track....i cant find one now though
