How to add MORE & LESS option ( FOLDING & UNFOLDING ) to a SHOP BY FILTER?

    I run 1.7.0.0 Magento and I have a SHOP BY filter, but since I have more than 20 manufactures and more than 20 colours I must fold/unfold them. What do I have to modify so I can add a litlle link with "less" and "more" to fold and unfold ?
