How to add menus to my blog header.

This is my blog - www.app2us.com/blog (Default Header. wastage of space)
This is the site - www.app2us.com (has menu/navigation at the top)
I want to add similar menu/navigation to my blog.
1. Do I need to change my blog theme? To which one?
2. Can I do this with existing theme? How?

If I was you I would definately change the theme. There are thousands to choose from but one of my favourite free themes is THIS ONE by Brian Gardner. It also comes with different sidebars. You can check those out HERE.

How difficult is it to change the theme without spoining my posts and links?

 

The Brian Gardner theme is super easy to modify. The code is nicely laid out and easy for beginners to sniff around in. Install it if that's the one you're going with and see how it looks. See what needs to be changed. If you get stuck give me a shout.

 

1. You don't have to change if you don't want to.
2. I believe you can just add the corresponding code to your main template.
