How can wordpress based site can be developed to be interactive to the members, so that the site becomes a platform for all member to post questions and discuss with other as forum but it should be done on wordpress.
You can use Buddypress plugin... need some tweaking and editing but it's a powerful one for online members platform on wordpress.
I use Wishlist Members and SimplePress. They work great together and I'd highly recommend this combination
