    There are basically two methods!

The first the most easiest way is to use the video editor sony vegas and add the text or logo into your video. Make sure its transparent png for best result. The video you showed above is using motion tracking so it can't be done on sony vegas. However still video will work best.

The second method is little complex but you will get exact same video like above. You need to have the after effect video editor. You can add tracking to your video with a text on it. Well you can easily find the video tutorials on it available on youtube and other video sharing website. Further if you like to add simple text then you might go for the veags.

Hope this help further query is welcome.

Adding text in a video is very easy. There are different tools available for that. Windows Movie maker and camtasia studios can be used.

I use Camtasia Studio 7 for video editing and screenshot videos, it's easy to work with that and i recommend you to try it as well if you need to edit that video.
You also have adobe premier but it's a lot more complex for beginners

Good question. Windows Movie Maker is best and easiest. If not you can try Adobe Premiere

You can add subtitles, credits, special messages or text-based instructions to your Adobe Premiere 4 movies - whatever you fancy. It's a snap.

    • Open or create a project.
    • Open the File menu and select New, then Title.
    • Use the text tool to enter your text into the Text window.
    • Edit your text with the commands in the Title menu.
    • Open the File menu and select Save As, then save and name your title.
    • From the Clip window, locate the frame that you want to contain the text.
    • With that frame displayed, drag the Clip window into the Title window. You can now see how your text will look in the frame that is to contain it.
    • Modify as needed.
    • Drag your text into a Superimpose Track on the Construction window. Place your text under the frame that's going to display it.
    • Click on your text clip to select it.
    • From the Clip menu, click on Transparency.
    • Select key settings in the box that appears. Make any adjustments that may apply to the specific key setting.
    • Click OK.
    • From the Construction window, drag your text clip to cover the number of frames that will display it.
    • Preview your movie using the Make Snapshot command from the Make menu.
    • Save your project.

It's pretty easy when you use Adobe Premiere pro. Click on title on the upper left corner then choose New Title. Either type in text or you could import an image into Premiere Pro.
