how to add keywords to a html file?

    I have just a macromedia dreamweaver created html index file.
    Google has index my page and shows
    now how can I add desired keywords to a html file?

    Use dreamweaver to open the html page, and add the keywords in title tag, but no more than 4 or it will look spammy.
