    If you know HTML,
    Go into the templates/yourtemplatename/ folder, and edit the TPL file that applys, i.e. either overall_header.tpl or overall_footer.tpl.

    It may actually violate the Adsense TOS to add adsense to overall_header.tpl or overall_footer.tpl, since the ads will appear on every page of the forum, including the "thank you for registering" etc. pages..

    You can use Adsense on the viewtopic_body.tpl, viewforum_body.tpl and index_body.tlp files in the template folder instead, just to be sure.. :)

    Or you could block specific pages from being indexed by adsense bot in your robots.txt file.

    Obviously other pages you might want to block due to duplicate content is the "search" "FAQ" "usergroups" and "login" pages. These tend to be very similar to other sites.
