How to add Google analytic code in Wordpress?

    You can either get a plugin to do this and you copy-paste the tracking code, or you go to APPEARANCE > EDITOR > footer.php and BEFORE </body> add the code. I usually place it in the footer lately, I like it more than in the header.

    Try checking the theme settings you should see a space for analytics or install use "all in one seo pack" it has a space for analytics in the settings
