I am not sure which blogger software you are using but usually you can download custom blog skins that have adsense in them already. If you do a google search I am sure you can find some adsense skins.

I added mine to the template Im using, that way it shows up the same way on each page. I think it looks cleaner that way. Take a look, it's in my sig. If you need help doing it, just let me know.

Well you can easily add your Adsense code. Just go on your Dashboard. Click on settings. Than click on Template, you will see Add a Page Element there and click on it and find Google Adsense there.

its the EASIEST thing ever. You can make a complete blogger page w/ adsense in 5 mins.

Just go to "add side elements" (HTML/JAVASCRIPT) and paste the code from the adsense account/site in the box. Then you can put that new side element in blogger anywhere you want.

yeah if you set up an account in blooger.com, just follow his advice.

go to blog control panel > go to "template" section > go to "adsense" section

(you need an adsense account though)

If you are using the new blogger the above advice using the template/layout to adsense will work only if you do not update the target publishing location of your blog to your register domain. For examples, i have my blog pointed to my registered URL in which case the above does not work.
