I was comtemplating on Moneybookers to paypal but the way I see it, it's gonna cost a bit and take a while to transfer. I don't want to apply for a credit card just for Paypal but it's my last option so I need some advice.

Kindly tell me from which country are you from. Depending on the country, I can suggest you accordingly.

Hi there kababayan! If you are from the Philippines the best way would be a credit card or you could buy some. Try this forum. There are people selling paypal there where you can pay via bank deosit. But only deal with long time members just to be safe.

Without a credit card, you would be operating an unverified paypal account which would seriously be limited in terms of the amount of money you can spend or withdraw.

Kabayan, you can open a debit account instead of a credit account and have yourself verified.
