How to add funds to Paypal Account or add a Bank Acct (CC already linked) NON US

    Hello all

    I recently tried to add funds to my paypal account but i got the message

    Now i immediately assumed its because i dont have a bank account linked so i went to do that. After reading through the section it seems that account has to be a US account.

    I do not have a US bank account so my questions are:

    -How do i transfer funds to my Paypal Account (Non US Acct)
    -How do i add a Bank account (None US Bank Acct)
    -If i cant do transfer cash or add a non US bank account is there a work around
    -How do i withdraw funds or transfer funds to my non US Bank acct
    -Can i send money to myself (Using the 'send money' section not 'add funds')

    Please help me out.

    But i think that most people outside the US have the same problem(s)
