How to add event pixel to my website

Hi all

I add the basic pixel to my website, now I need to know how to add a the event code pixel

I did not understand where to add the special event pixel code to the pages that i need to track

here is my registration page https://www.toytriangle.com/user/register

and when some one register he go to page like this one https://www.toytriangle.com/users/deeb2

so how I can add the tracking code in this situations

 

Set up events on your website

1. Go to the Pixels tab in Ads Manager.
2. Click Install Events.
3. Click the toggle icon next to an event you'd like to track.
4. Select Track Event on Page Load or Track Event on Inline Action.
