Hello people, I'm new to wordpress.org. Does anybody know the code for adding "commenting rules" above the comment box? This would help me out alot. Thanxs, Your help is greatly appreciated!!
I think you can do it by editing your theme files. Look for where it says "Leave a Comment" or whatever the current text is, and edit it there to add your rules.
