    Hi all,

I'm looking for a way to import the customers who have already purchased from me either from CB or Paydotcom to either aweber or getresponse, i just don't know how =T Is there a way to do that without them opting in first?

    thanks!

Cant you add them manually? But i think you need to put something like; If you buy this product, you will get emails from us blah blah. Otherwise i think its considered as spam.

you can add new contacts manually with aweber, but they will then receive an opt-in confirmation where they are required to click a link and confirm...

I add new customers to a special "gold customer list" at my Royal-Responder account, and in the welcome email that they receive, I offer them a thank-you word and a special bonus gift. I also send them a second bonus gift the second day, and tell them that they can always unsubscribe, if they wish. Most of them stay ;-)

Double opt-in is preferred. I do this via Jon Leger's $7 Report style: After payment, the customer is directed to an opt-in page to enter his/her email before proceeding to download the product.

    Works pretty well :)

It might be constituted as spam and you may be reported to clickbank for spaming and misuse of contact information.
