How to add bank account?

    I am from India.

    My name is Chalapathi Thaati. But officially, only Chalapathi. Now when I add bank account with my paypal account, it shows my last name as 'Thaati' by default. But my bank account name doesn't have this last name. So will it accept if I give a bank account which has only 'Chalapathi' as account name?

    Hello,

    When you withdraw from your paypal to bank account, name need to be the same otherwise it will be rejected. I know how to be sure that name match paypal - bank statement (trick). If you need any form of help, i already made 3 transfert by wu to india this week.

    no, you cant. just close the account and open a new one with correct name.

    I am sorry but you would not be able to withdraw funds to your bank account if the name does not match.

    You should have taken care while entering your name while opening your paypal account.
    Try and develop the practice of writing your name in the same format at every important places. It will save you from lot of unnecessary troubles in future too...

    yes indeed the best practise is take your saving account book and see what is wrote in name field,put it to paypal name order the same as that ,and if you make wrong ,dont worry the money will return to you ,minus $5 ,I think

    Hi Dear can u help me i m pakistani thats why i cant use paypal account but i have earned some dollars through a site and this site is just giving paypal account option what should i do plz tell me on my mail my id is .....rashidsagar@hotmail.com....plz i m in problem plz i m waiting u r mail .....plz dear....

    just make a new paypal account name, and use bank account under your name or get a bank account under your name

    Send mail to Paypal support they definitely help you.After sending mail you will get reply in with in 2 working days.

    I think you should open a new account and add it to paypal thats the only solution

    if u have any funds in it,

    open a new account(with correct name) -> transfer funds to new acc -> close old acc :)
