How to add backlink?

    When a site is ready, I know we need to add the URL into search engine, promote via forum and I know we need to have a lot of backlinks in order to make our website rank high. But I don't where to get backlinks, where can I get backlinks, any idea? Please help. Thanks

    You dont need to submit to search engines. That was at least 5 years ago now that it was helpful.

    To get links submit to directories, submit articles with links to article directories, comment on blogs, post on forums, create sites at free places like blogger and put links to your site.

    Or the best and most effective but the hardest way, make a site with outstanding content!

    Simply do 10-15 directory submissions daily by yourself.
    Along with that you can also use your link in your signature. :)
    You can also submit your links in social bookmarking sites.

    The best thing to do is write articles and submit them to sites like EzineArticles, GoArticles, IdeaMarketers, etc. Search "list of article directories" to find a longer list.

    Also, do three-way link exchanges and perhaps some link purchases. That would do well.

    Use forums, blogs, socialbookmarks sites, article submissions, directory submissions to get more backlinks to your site. Make sure that you are NOT doing BlackHat :D

    submitting to socialbookmarking site is a very effective way to get continuing backlinks.
    make it a daily work after posting new articles on your site, and you'll find dramatic growth in the number of your backlinks.

    i use my signature mostly, and post often ;)

    on one of my sites, i have over 700k backlinks just from signatures, ;)

    it's very simple way of increase backlinks..submit directory, link exchange, SMO, submit press release, submit article etc...many way for increase links.

    make use of social bookmarking site that specializes on using tags.. like jumptags, its works virally and in incrementing basis...

    What you want to do is go to google and type in google blogs, type your niche into the space provided, and visit a blog that has comments on it from other people. then you want to leave your comment by talking about the article at hand make sure that your name is the name of your keyword. that should be a great way to get started, post 4 to 5 comments every day on different blogs, and soon you'll get 1 way back links taht will increase your rankings in google for that keyword, just make sure your keyword isn't too high.
