How to add an "About Me" widget to sidebar in Wordpress Virtue theme?

    Hello everyone. I am a "newbie", still working on my blog before I publish it to the web. Can anybody tell me how I can add an "About Me" widget to the top of my sidebar? I was going to add a page, however that creates a second line of page menus at the top.

    You can create a widget and give it a title : About Me

    Then add this on it :

    <p><img alt="" src="Your-Image-Link-Here" height="75" width="75" style="float:left; margin:5px;">Some Content....<br />
    Other Content</p>

    Don't need to add a third part plugin or something...
