    Hello there,

If you do not have an AdSense account - you should firstly get your account approved by visiting www.google.com/adsense/ and after that follow the instructions provided to paste the relevant code into your website.

If you do have an AdSense account already then all you have to do is log-in to your account at www.google.com/adsense/ and choose the Ad format you desire and just copy / paste its code into the appropriate place in your website.

    Hope that helps. :)

Edit: Just saw your last post. You'll have to use an FTP client such as www.filezilla.com and log-in with your HostGator FTP details, and then edit the HTML or PHP file for the page that you wish to put the AdSense code in. You will have to edit this page in a text editor such as NotePad, save it and overwrite the old file.

Well, you'll have to access that HTML file via FTP or by using cPanel (If I remember correctly it is www.yourwebsite.com/cpanel/ for HostGator accounts), and update it with your AdSense code.

You need to add the code in HTML. Use some FTP software to access the file and update it with the Adsense code. You can get the Adsense code from your Adsense account.

Have you got FTP access to the website? You need to get inside the website to paste AdSense code into the blog. If you haven't got FTP access forget it.
