How to add a new version of plugin to wordpress.org repository?

Hi,

I am a WP plugin author, few of my plugins are outdated, now I have developed the new version of plugins.But, I don't know how to add the new version to the WP repo. Please help me on this, if anyone familiar with this.

I can understand, it is not clear on wordpress site how to release a new version of plugin.. I had to search a lot to get this done.. I hope you use tortoiseSVN for version management. That is the easiest way.
