How to add a domain in Apache server?

    I have a domain say www.mysite.com

    and two ip's say 69.345.67.XX, 69.345.54.XX

    How to configure the ip's to my domain?


    a)What are the entries that should be added in hosts file?

    b)What should be the DNS Servers for these?
