How to actually SELL a domain! urgent pls

Hi,

Iam an customer to a reseller of myorderbox. I have 4 domains with me. I recently received payment from a person to sell one domain. How can i go about it. The person to which i sold the domain has a account at godaddy. Help needed!

 

How to push a domain name registered @ myorderbox to a person having account @ godaddy. If it isnt possible what are other methods to do so?

 

Which registrar is the domain you sold at??

I actually didnt understand the question,anyways here what i did, "I just took money on basis that i will transfer the domain." The person is having a account @ godaddy. Now my domain is @ myorderbox.

How can i transfer my domain which is @myorderbox to the person having a account @ godaddy.com. Help need urgently.

 

I think you have to wait a month before you can transfer a new domain if I am correct, so no, you wouldn't be able to transfer the domain to godaddy

If it is over a month, you should be able to transfer it, but you would have to pay the cost to get it transfered

 

The domain is over 4 months old, btw why should i pay for it? iam selling it. not buying it lol

If you have had the domain more than 30days contact your registrar and ask them how to initiate the transfer to GoDaddy. The buyer should also initiate the transfer with godaddy then you and your registrar will get an email to confirm.

 

Right im not sure but can u tell them to expire ur domain tkae payment first then let the guy reg?

 

Where can i tell my registrar? I purchased the domain who is a reseller of myorderbox. i asked that reseller, he still has to reply me.

So how have you had access to your domain?? DNS etc. Post the name and I may be able to find out more info for you.

 

domain is waparena.info. Its registered with myorderbox, i want it transferred to godaddy.

 

I would actally sugest you contact you host make a few fony promisses your buying more domains with them after the push ect they should help you out!

They should be able to help you out.

 

If you transfer to different registrar you need to pay transfer fee.

If you've only one domain in your MyOrderBox, just give him your id & password.

 

I would transfer, but not give someone my id et al...legally you are hanging in the wind doing that...the new owner could spam etc, and if you dont transfer, you are the legal owner and could get in hot water for his play time...
