how to active account in Smartname.com

    I have an account in Smartname.com , but because of long time no use , its underview .now i want park some domains in that acc
    any one can help me active it ?
    i only know usename and password . but forget the detail connect informations , that was our networks acc

    Why don't you recreate a new account at there?
    Or you can use a better one such as sedo.com

    there are no parking company better that Smartname in the world
    and they are not giving new accounts :(
