how to activate 180 days trial on windows server 2008 standard r2?

    Hi recently got a dedicated server and I have installed Windows Server 2008 Standard R2 using server provider ISO, now I want to activate my windows to 180 days trial, is there any way to do it?

    It sounds like you just want to start the trial. If thats the case, just choose the Trial option from the installation menu. It'll prompt you for either a serial number or trial. The 180 day countdown starts from when you install it.
