how to access VNC?

    I have got virtual dedicated server. They had given me VNC server details.

    I have installed real vnc, but not able to understand, how to access that server


    VNC - IP: 178.73.210.130
    VNC - Port: 12931

    download a vnc client, eg. tightvnc
    then connect to 178.73.210.130:1
