It is normally http://yourdomain.com/cpanel or http://yourdomain.com:2082 (non-secure) or http://yourdomain.com:2083 (secure)

Or if your domain isn't set up properly, you can use the IP address they gave you instead of your domain.

Also, have you actually tried contacting their Support Department? I'm not sure why you would use DP for support instead of them. After all, their support is part of what you are paying for. Make them work! :D

No response? Hmmmm. I'm guessing it's one of those "unlimited" hosting companies?

Assuming it's shared or reseller hosting, the host should set your domain up for your account when they created the account for you.

Heh, Yeah, I guess when you pay $0.99 for 3 years worth of hosting, that's almost to be expected. Oh well.

    Hiya, This is very easy

Go to http://billing.hostable.com/clientarea.php?action=products , login etc etc
You want to choose the second on down named "Hostable - Unlimited Hosting Plan
    ****.a.hostable.me
and all the details are on that page

Or you can simply go to
    5915.a.hostable.me:2083

replace 5915 with your own number given to you (2083 is Hostable's cpanel port as they only let you access cpanel via SSL)
