Hi, I signed up last week with the intention of reading all the seo posts while I was in classes. I did try - the site is blocked. I'm unsure what it is they are using to block it, there is no actual computers at each desk. Just a keyboard, mouse and monitor, I guess its all connected up to some network. I tried a few web proxies like hidemyass, most of those are blocked too - the ones that aren't are painfully slow or don't work. So my question is - how can I get around this?
You can also use yahoo's babel fish. as it thinks you never leave the site but it's displayed through theirs ! Good Luck!
Take a look at www.proxysites.ca Fresh proxies every day. You college probably has a firewall to block them just like they did DP, we are here to get around that.
Yeah, many colleges try to block proxies, just try several of them, new proxies are made all the time. They cant block them all!
Colleges/Schools/Universities block proxy sites with the keyword "Proxy" anywhere in the page of anon browsing. Try out http://droplink.net I have resently tested this proxy site from many servers in my college and no one has blocked it yet. DP is accessible via this. Hope it helps.
