My Instruction was:
15. Now withdraw some fund to your US Bank Account, Better $100+.
16. After 3/4 days when the fund will be deposited login to ur US Bank Account and click "Transfer Money".
17. Order your FREE check book and Visa Debit Card.
18. They will send you the Card via FedEx FREE. After that they will send you the PIN of card in a seperate mail.

 

The Mistakes he Did:

1. He made a enquiry by by email how he can open a brokerage account.

2. He asked them via email how he can get the card, how much balance need, etc.

There was no need to do that. That's why they emailed him like this. I have said in my instruction to order via link logging in the account. I haven't told to make a enquiry via email how he can get the account.

3. He didn't follow my instruction properly or didn't wait for my help. Before that he got angry.




But My Speech is:

Listen, even I had such situations. These company reps just do their job. And when people emails them with such queries, usually they would reply that they don't provide such things. I'm saying this - because I had such an experience earlier. But, when I did the thing without worrying about what they told, it worked fine for me. Actually, the rep won't say that they will give free card to everyone - it will one way or other way, do something harm to them (I donno how, but they might be knowing) - they'll be having something in their mind when saying things - SO, it was just a common reply that anyone will get if sending such emails to the support team. SO, what you have to do is - at least in this case (shafeeqs ebook case) - do what he says - cuz he already mentioned that he is having good experience dealing with these things - NOT just that, he is having a lot of satisfied customers as well.
