    how to accept payment via credit card
    the person who has to pay me he has some probs with paypal is there any other option for recieving money through credit card

    I think the OPs problem was that the buyer didn't want to pay via PayPal. I'd totally recomend AlertPay as a #1 reliable alternative to PayPal as a payment processor at this time.

    buyers can just send cc payment over paypal without signing up

    That's true as wel... If your buyer doesn't have a PayPal account, he or she can still just use the PayPal payment processing without account information. Just use credit card information not tied to an existing account and PayPal won't make you login, etc. Best of luck.
