    Did you look at the source code for the page? I did.

    It is just nothing more than php polling a data table, then generating an HTML page using the data it finds.

    The question is where they get the data to put it into their database - and there's no way to know that unless you ask them. They may buy the data, there may be an RSS feed somewhere or they may have their own researchers.
