how does google pay for adsense?

Not per month...per $100.
By check or directly to your bank account, you decide.
But you need $100 minimum to get paid...

 

They pay every month if you've generate dthe minium amount required for receivung payment, which is $100. You can always put a hold on the payment and receive bigger sums in the following month. They send checks to the address supplied when signing up. They can also wire the money to the supplied bank account, if thats what you wish.

 

They pay every month provided you have the minimum payout balance which is USD100.00. Outside US they pay by check but in US they have option to pay directly into bank account.

Many people prefer EFT direct to bank account, but I just like seeing that paper check!

 

Not only in USA but in a lot of other countries they can pay by electronic funds transfer

You mean you reached your first $100, in which case your money will be disposed in the last week of May and you'll get it within 2 - 4 weeks depending on which part of the world you live in.
