    You need A LOT of traffic, then adsense will contact you and offer you more options.

    No, there is no way. If you think you have the traffic needed but have not yet been contacted by adsense, you can try contacting adsense. If you're earning thousand(s) dollars a day, they'll reply :)

    I suppose they are premium publishers.
    If you were to create a similar ad as in the gumtree website if you were not a premium publisher, you would get banned.

    When you will become more older with your Google adsense account having high pr and much traffic based website then you will be offered by Google adsense to get more options of ad placement.
