How they developed this slider and menu bar?

    I was surfing on the web and I found this website ibuongiorno.com

    Their slider and menu bar is unique. I tried to do the same thing, but nothings worked. Can anyone guide me to the right direction?

    Just tell me where to start or how I can do the same thing? Which jQuery plugin or HTML5 tricks will work?

    This site almost collapsed my browser. Most horrible website I've visited in years, it even has a loading process like a ZX Spectrum game!
