I seem to only beable to access the domains accounts. But can't figure out to the root one that will show the full directory structure of the server.
I've tried logging into ftp via the root usr name and the password and that did not work.
I've searched on google still can't figure it out. Before I send a support request. Could anyone give me help with this?
    I have cpanel with WHM.

If it is a dedicated server or vps you have to ssh via winscp (graphical) or putty. After that you can see whole structure.

There is one more way but its not recommended, it is enabling root access for ftp server and you can access whole directory structure via ftp with root user.

Yeah. by default on cpanel server, root ftp is disable.

As said, ssh or winscp is your choice.
