I have a chat friend, who doesnt know anything about SEO, he sent a mass message to all in his list to visit his website.

PR 5!!!! Bloody hell with just 1 backlink

Can somebody explain me, how did this happen. No, the guy doesn't know any SEO tricks nor SEO issues.

PR 5..I can't see

It's PR is 0 and I also can't see any back link as well!

By the way no offense but I think your friend is wasting money on domain and web hosting space with site like this.

 

I see PR5 and no backlinks, however there are 18 possible links

 

i just check with http://www.fakepr.info/ but no results found...really funny..

Just played with http://www.fakepr.info/ and found that it is not a reliable tool.
It reports fake PR for pages that for sure are not fake PR pages.

 

Well I guess, it's another classic case of PR technical glitch.

 

I see a PR in toolbar but no back links .
Looks like a mistake in giving PR .
When did the PR update happen ?

Since when this site has a pr5. It could be that it was pr5 on the last update but the link that gave it the pr is now removed.

There was a backlink update recently.

 

To confirm...I do see a PR five.
