how the hell did Digg.com get their adsense looking like that?

Has anyone seen the Digg site? Their ads look so great, and they change colours on mouseover, and they have different borders around it?

How do they do it? Any ideas?

Well, how much do you need to earn before you become a premium publisher? Really a lot I suppose. :D
