I started an auction, whenever anyone replies, they get banned.

Someone Bid 10$ for my domain, now how the heck i'm suppose to let every one know that i got 10$ bid, if they want to bid more they can otherwise i'm selling it for 10$.

If i reply to my thread, i'm surely going to get banned for another 7 days.

What am i suppose to do now?

    Do nothing.

If anybody is genuinely interested, they'll PM you to make an offer, and you can tell them there that they have to make a bid greater than $10 to get the domain.

People aren't being banned for bidding. They're being banned when they post things like "PM me the details."

You did the right thing by telling people to PM you from the starting post if they wanted the URL (since you didn't want to share it publicly, which is your choice). They chose to ignore the rules as well as your request in the post.
