Someone purchased from me a membership on my site, and his wife did a charge a back he said becuase she did not know. He did register again, but the other funds is holded by a unauthorized claim. Now it says to resolve it as a option to refund the money. But There is no refund link in the transaction, and I cannot resolve unless I find the refund link and do the refund and get the trans ID as proof as refund. I've looked high and low everywhere in the transaction and the claim and cannot find the refund link! LoL . I cannot resolve it.
It would seem so. But the page telling me to give a "sellers responsive" within 7 days with an option for a refund, if I can't refund it then that makes no sense.
Email your buyer to look into this matter, If nothing happens then you need to Resolve the action by going to Resolution center. Follow the steps, the item was intangible and hence use the word Intangible Site Membership and in tracking use Intangible Site Membership. Follow the steps and this unauthorized claim might be in your favour.
